We work with importers, bulk buyers, private labels, and café groups who want reliable supply without the fuss. Whether you need green coffee beans, roasted coffee, or instant in bulk, we’ve got it sorted. Sourced from some of India’s most consistent estates, graded well, and packed to move. If quality matters to you and it probably does, you’ll find we’re easy to work with. And yes, we ship worldwide.

Origin of Coffee

From Kaldi and his dancing goats in Ethiopia to Sufi monks in Yemen sipping out of Mocha port, coffee's story started wild and spread fast. The Ottomans brewed it thick, the Europeans built cafés around it, and colonists farmed it across the tropics.

And then it came to India:
In the 1600s, Baba Budan smuggled coffee beans into Chikmagalur while planning something huge. The British saw the potential and turned the hills into plantations. Robusta rose later, tougher against leaf rust. Fast forward, and Indian coffee’s now everywhere. We’re proud to be part of that journey.

Arabica: Plantation & Cherry

Robusta: Parchment & Cherry

Microlots, Monsooned, and Peaberry Lots

Arabica grows between May and August and is picked from November to January. Plantation Arabica is fully washed and sorted by screen size; clean, balanced, and well-structured in the cup. It’s the kind of bean that does well in premium blends or speciality-focused exports, where consistency matters. Then there’s Cherry Arabica, which skips the washing and is naturally sun-dried right in the fruit. That gives it a deeper, earthier edge, less refined maybe, but full of unique taste. It’s often the go-to for instant coffee production or traditional-style blends where boldness is the point.

Robusta flowers grow around July and are harvested from December to March. Robusta parchment coffee beans goes through a washed process, which gives it a cleaner cup and a bit more edge. Cherry Robusta, on the other hand, is sun-dried the old-fashioned way and shows up more often in bulk and commercial blends. It’s bold, a little rugged, and fits right in where strength and volume are key. We keep the quality steady across shipments, especially for clients who rely on it for extraction or high-output blends.

Some coffees don’t come around too often. We work with individual estates and smallholder groups to source limited lots, carefully grown, selectively picked, and set aside for buyers who know what they’re after. Monsooned coffee is aged during the rainy season. It soaks up moisture slowly, giving it a smooth, mellow taste. We usually send these to Europe, where the demand is steady.

Peaberry beans are round/oval and dense. Only one grows inside the cherry. They roast well and have a strong flavour. We sort them out separately for buyers who ask for them. And on the other side, arabica monsooned coffee & robusta monsooned coffee are processed during the South West monsoon season, which typically runs from June to September.

(Unroasted)

Our green coffee beans come in all the right grades and processing styles, depending on what you’re after. We source them straight from the estates, trusted farmer groups, and through processors. Whether you’re buying for a roasting plant, blending operation, or instant production line, if you need quality green coffee at scale, we’re ready.

Roasted Coffee (Whole Bean or Ground)

We work with trusted partner facilities, depending on volume and origin. Everything Is handled with care, so whether you're ordering a few hundred kilos or filling a container, the quality stays steady. We supply Roasted Coffee in bulk and under private labels.

Whole Bean

green_unroasted-removebg-preview.png

Good choice if you're selling to cafés, roasters, or anyone who prefers to grind fresh. We pack it right, multiwall bags or valve pouches to lock in flavour and extend shelf life.

Ground Coffee

green_unroasted-removebg-preview.png

Available in the grind size you need: coarse, medium, fine. We adjust it based on the brew method and final use. Most buyers take it in 250g or 1kg formats, but we do bulk too if that’s what your clients expect on the shelf.

Spray-Dried

Instant Coffee (Bulk or Packed)

Our instant coffee is made to deliver on the things that matter; flavour, aroma, and how well it actually dissolves. Whether you're after bulk containers for repacking or pre-packed formats ready for shelves, we’ve got both covered. Everything is produced to meet strict solubility standards, because no one wants clumps in the cup.

 Agglomerated

The most common format. Cost-efficient and widely used in retail, vending machines, and institutional blends. Neutral in profile, soluble in both hot and cold liquids.

green_unroasted-removebg-preview.png

Freeze-Dried

Larger granules, smoother dissolve, better mouthfeel, it’s a noticeable step up from spray-dried. Not too fancy, not too plain. Just a solid middle-ground for brands that want something dependable without stretching the budget too far.

green_unroasted-removebg-preview.png

The highest grade of instant coffee. Superior aroma and closer to brewed coffee in flavour. Packed in glass jars, sachets, or tins for retail export.

Microlots & Estate Coffee

coffee divider.png
coffee divider.png

We work directly with estates and collectives that produce smaller lots, seasonal offerings, and certified coffee beans. These lots are typically suited for high-end roasters and importers with niche customer bases. Available in washed, honey, natural, and experimental processing styles. Quantities are limited, so these are generally booked in advance.

Most of these lots come certified by Q-graders, and the scores matter. When you’re buying for a high-end roastery or a boutique label, cupping scores aren’t just a number, they’re the buying spec.

Coffee Processing Methods

Coffee processing method influences everything, from cup clarity to aftertaste. We supply all the main styles, with consistency in grading and moisture levels (10-12%). We work with producers who follow clean, consistent processing methods, and we keep moisture and grading within spec. Here's how each method is actually done at the origin.

coffee divider.png
coffee divider.png
Honey Process (Yellow, Red, Black).webp

This one's halfway between washed and natural.

  • The outer skin is removed, but the sticky fruit layer (mucilage) is left on.

  • Beans are dried with the mucilage intact. The colour—yellow to black—depends on how much is left and how long it's dried.

More body than washed, less wild than natural. Usually seen in microlots or seasonal estate batches.

semi waashed coffee beans.jpg

This is the cleanest style used for:

  • Arabica Plantation grades (Mysore Nuggets EB, AA, A, B, PB, C)

  • Robusta Parchment grades (Kaapi Royale - RKR, AB, PB, C)

  • After picking, the coffee cherries are pulped to remove the skin and most of the fruit.

  • The beans are then fermented in tanks—either overnight or up to 48 hours—to break down the remaining mucilage.

  • Washed beans are then thoroughly rinsed, dried on patios or raised beds, and graded.

Used mostly for Arabica (Plantation AA, A, PB) and premium Robusta (Kaapi Royale).

Unwashed (Natural, Sun-Dried).jpg

Nothing fancy—just sun, patience, and good weather.

  • Whole cherries are picked and laid out to dry, either on patios or raised beds.

  • They're turned regularly to prevent mold or over-fermentation.

  • After drying, the husk and dried pulp are hulled off.

This method gives a heavier body, fruity tones, and a bit more wildness. Often used in
Cherry grades, instant coffee, and local filter blends.

pexels-1500mcoffee-30658831.jpg

This is a classic Indian method—done

mostly along the Malabar coast.

  • After harvest, dry beans (usually Arabica or Robusta AA) are stored in open-air warehouses during the monsoon.

  • Over 2–4 months (June to September), the beans swell and change colour as they absorb moisture from the air.

  • They’re raked, turned, and aired regularly to avoid spoilage.

The end result is a soft, mellow cup with low acidity and a woody, aged profile. Popular in Europe for espresso blends.

Experimental (Anaerobic, Barrel-aged).webp

Small-lot stuff for buyers who want

something unusual.

  • Anaerobic: Beans are fermented in sealed tanks without oxygen, bringing out fruit and funk.

  • Barrel-aged: Dried beans are aged in wine or spirit barrels for a unique flavour. A shorter aging period will result in more subtle flavor notes from the barrel, while a longer period will yield a stronger infusion.

Usually offered in limited volumes. Good for roasters who want to stand out.

2_edited.jpg

Once the coffee is harvested and dried, it goes through curing. This stage prepares it for
export or roasting and has a direct effect on how clean and stable the final product will be.
Here’s how it’s done at our partnered curing units:

coffee divider.png
coffee divider.png

Coffee Curing Process

Hulling OF COFFEE.webp

Hulling

The outer parchment (for washed coffee) or husk (for naturals) is removed. This step exposes the green bean beneath and is done using mechanical hullers.

Untitled design(20).png

Polishing (optional)

Some buyers prefer polished beans, where the silver skin is gently removed for a cleaner look. It’s not required, but can add a more uniform appearance for certain markets.

SCREENING AND SIZE GRADING.jpg

Screen Size Grading

Beans are sorted by size using a series of calibrated sieves. This helps in consistency during roasting, especially in larger roasters and blending operations.
(See grading table below for reference.)

Untitled design(12).png

Density Sorting

Beans are passed through equipment that separates them by weight. Higher density beans are often more mature and tend to roast better.

coffee pouch.png

Bagging and Labelling

Once the coffee beans are clean, sorted, and approved, they are packed into export- ready bags (jute, GrainPro, or vacuum, depending on your preference). And yes, our labels carry lot number, grade, weight, and processing details.

Untitled design(14).png

Manual Sorting

Skilled workers do a final hand-check to remove any physical defects that machines might have missed, stones, sticks, or odd beans.

Untitled design(13).png

Colour Sorting

Advanced optical sorters scan each bean and remove those with visual defects, broken, black, or discoloured ones. This ensures a more uniform appearance and improves roast quality.

4_edited.jpg

Coffee grading often starts with size, and screen size gives a basic sense of bean uniformity. It’s not the whole story, but it’s a useful starting point especially when sourcing at scale. Standard screen measurements are used in 1/64ths of an inch, with defect levels tied to grade.

coffee divider.png
coffee divider.png

Coffee Grades

How it's done:

Beans are passed through a series of calibrated metal screens in the curing unit, separating them by size. After that, defects are sorted out; some by hand, some by electronic colour sorters. The result is a cleaner, more uniform lot, ready for export or further processing.

Notes:

  • SC = Screen Size (1/64” inch mesh)

  • PB = Peaberry

  • Bulk Grades are mixed-size, lower in uniformity but cost-efficient.

We actively source GI-tagged coffee from several regions and are familiar with the producers behind these coffees. Whether you're looking for a traceable Arabica with mild acidity or a bold Robusta with weight in the cup, these origins give us that range.

coffee divider.png
coffee divider.png

Where Our Coffee Comes From

GI - Tagged Areas

Notes:

  • Monsooned Malabar isn’t GI-tagged but is a registered specialty process from the Malabar Coast.

  • It’s commonly requested for aged cup characteristics.

Baba Budangiri & Biligiriranga Hills

These historic regions grow structured, washed Arabicas with a reliable cup. We work with estates that have perfected processing consistency and lot separation season after season.

Chikmagalur, Karnataka

One of the strongest Arabica-producing areas. We source washed, clean lots from mid to high altitudes. Reliable for buyers needing high-grown beans with a balanced profile.

Wayanad, Kerala

Known for solid Robusta-dense beans with a heavy cup and low acidity. We source bulk and processed lots from here for blends, instant, or filter applications.

Coffe Map Updated.png

Home to tribal-run farms, with a strong focus on organic, forest-grown Arabica. Volumes are limited but traceability is high. Useful for brands building certified or impact-driven lines.

A major source of both Arabica and Robusta. We move large volumes from this region thanks to dependable supply and processing standards. Good for both export grade greens and roasted contracts.

Smaller producers, but lots here can surprise. The Arabica has subtle fruit notes and a clean structure. We turn here when buyers want something distinct but still approachable.

Araku Valley, Andhra Pradesh

Coorg (Kodagu), Karnataka

Nilgiris & Shevaroy Hills, Tamil Nadu

Our Sourcing

We don’t restrict ourselves to one belt or one buyer type. Instead, we’ve built sourcing links with estates and producer groups across India’s main growing zones. This gives us the flexibility to offer diverse cup profiles, lot sizes, and processing styles; whether you’re a buyer focused on specialty grades, large commercial volumes, or traceable origin.

Why does it matter to you?

GI certification isn’t just about ticking a box. For seriousbuyers, it means traceability, consistent origin, andregion-specific quality you can count on. When you’re curating premium blends or developing a single-origin line, having beans with a verified origin story makes the difference on the label and in the cup. And we cover all these regions, we’re not locked into one climate or harvest. If one area has a weather issue, we can shift. If you want variety in flavour, we’ve already got it on the table. And if you're building a blend and need control over taste and cost, we can pull from different lots to match what you're after.
